Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Q: I AM A BOUTIQUE THAT WISHES TO CARRY BABOOSHKA. WHO SHOULD I CONTACT?
A: Please send an email to Babooshka@babooshkaboutique.com with a request for wholesale pricing as well as some information about your shop.
Q: I AM A PUBLICATION INTERESTED IN USING BABOOSHKABOUTIQUE.COM'S IMAGES. IS THIS ALLOWED?
A: All images and links can be used by blogs and publications in reference to this website.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR COUPON POLICY?
A: All coupons can be used on current orders. Past orders do not qualify for new coupon codes.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN EXCHANGE POLICY?
A: All items are exchange only. When exchanging your item please make sure to include your shipping address, order number, the item you wish to exchange it for and your first and last name. Custom orders are final sale. All exchanges must be shipped back within one week of receiving the item. If you do not currently see something you wish to exchange your item for please ship the item back and you will receive a store credit.
Q: I AM LOCATED IN ANOTHER COUNTRY AND I SEE THAT MY ORDER AS SHIPPED. WHERE IS IT?
A: Please use the customs form number to check the information on www.usps.com. Some countries do not scan the package once it enters the country. Please keep in mind customs can sometimes delay packages for some length of time. If you would like more information on your package you can call your customs office in your country or try calling usps.com at 1-800-ASK-USPS.
