All orders are shipped using United States Postal Service within the posted production leed time from your date of purchase. If you need an item quicker please contact us using the "contact us" form located at the top of the website to make arrangements.

When shipped all domestic orders have a delivery confirmation number that is trackable using www.usps.com. This number will be sent to the buyer upon shipping.

All worldwide orders will have a customs form number from www.usps.com. This number will be sent to the buyer upon shipping.

For special shipping arrangements such as FEDEX overnight etc. please use the contact us form before placing your order to make special arrangements.


RETURNS

At this time Babooshka does not accept returns. We are an exchange only website.


EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note that all exchanged merchandise must have the original attached tag in the original condition in which the item was shipped.

To exchange an item to Babooshka Boutique, first email us to let us know that we have a package coming from you. Be sure to insure your package since we are not responsible for items that never make it. We will need your name, contact information and information as well as a note with your exchange request on the exchange or repair.
